A. Information You Provide to Us

 

  • Booking Data: Your name, phone number, and email address, plus what you enter on the booking form: your artist or stage name, how many guests you are bringing, how you heard about us, your Instagram handle if you choose to share it, and any notes about your session.

  • Payment Data: Card payments are taken through our online scheduler and processed by Stripe. We receive a record of what you paid, but we never see or store your full card number.

  • Contact Data: Your name, phone number or email address, and your message when you use the contact form, call, text, or email us.

 

B. Information Collected Automatically

 

  • Usage Data: IP address, browser type, referring pages, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and date/time stamps.

  • Tracking Technologies: Our website host (Wix) and Google Analytics use cookies (small data files stored on your device) to keep the Site working and to measure how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

 

3. How We Use Your Information

 

We use your Personal Information for these primary purposes:

  • Bookings: To schedule and run your session, take payment, and keep a record of your booking.

  • Communication: To send booking confirmations and reminders by email or text, respond to your inquiries, and follow up after your session. You can ask us to stop follow-up messages at any time.

  • Improvement: To analyze Site usage, identify trends, and enhance the quality of our service and content.

  • Security: To protect against fraud and comply with legal obligations.

 

We do not sell your personal information.

 

4. Sharing Your Information

 

We share your Personal Information only with the companies that help us run the studio, and only as needed:

  • Acuity Scheduling (a Squarespace company): Our online booking system. It collects and stores your booking details and sends confirmations and reminders on our behalf.

  • Stripe: Processes card payments.

  • Wix: Hosts the Site and its contact form.

  • Google: Google Analytics, to understand how the Site is used.

  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law (e.g., a subpoena or court order).

 

5. How Long We Keep Your Information

 

We keep booking and payment records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet tax and legal requirements. Session files (your recordings) are kept for 30 days after your session.

 

6. Your Choices and Rights

 

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access/Modification: You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted.

 

7. Children's Privacy

 

Our Site is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us immediately.
